  1. Akebono produce a low dust pad, and the dust is light gray, so what dust you do get is less noticeable. I ran them on my 99, but they didn't last very long when I used them at the track. I now run Carbotech Bobcats for street, and swap with their XP10s for track. The bobcats are low dust and very long life. http://ctbrakes.com/brake-compounds.html B
  2. So, you think that changing out the passenger side airbag might fix this? Is this from your own experience? it might fix it, I had a long talk with a tech at my dealer about that code from the driver side. It might also be a wiring problem, or the airbag control unit, or on if on the driver's side, the clock spring. The dealership has test parts that they can swap in to see which part failed as the code has several meanings. B
  3. I've got a 99 C4, and my airbag clock spring just broke for the 3rd time in 2.1 years (i bought the car in march 07). This seems abnormally high. What sort of failure rates have people seen on this part? Luckily there is a 2 year 24k mile warrantee on the part so at least I'm only out time getting this fixed at the dealer... thanks, Britt
  4. I couldn't find the c4 coupe 6 speed RoW M030 parts listed in any of the threads. So would somebody be so kind? I have a 1999 C4 Coupe 6 speed, I'd like the individual parts. thanks! B
