  1. Thx they look very generic - cheap but lots of work. how about this? Anyone using them? http://www.schatzmotorsport.com/Merchant2/...tegory_Code=355
  2. Does anyone know if you pass emission in Texas with those sport catalytic converter?? Turns out the P1128 - P1130 DCT's are a dead Kat @#%$&%?*&&$@# :censored: The deposit on my O2 sensor was pretty much the guts of my Catalytic Converter. If someone has a used OEM (driver 4-6) let me know.
  3. Just one more picture - found that the clamps where lose, actually not tight at all. Hope that's it. :lightbulb:
  4. Hi Alienz I have two DTC reader. Here is the one I like the most - only $99 but you need a laptop ( my current passenger ). http://www.digimoto.com/ It comes quite handy at times but you still need the manufactures interpretation of some specific DTC's.
  5. Hi Loren I just checked the oil filler ( see pic ) - there is a oil leakage and oil is dripping on some vacuum lines and something I don't know. Can you identify the part for me - is that the root cause of my probelms? The oil filler is not chracked like in the TSB - it is "just a bad connection". Thanks
  6. One more pic from that O2 sensor (close ups)
  7. Hi Loren I will check on that! The oil filler hose (arrow, figure 1) can crack causing the following conditions: * Check Engine warning light lights up. Don't have any oil leaks * Engine oil leak on the crankcase in the area of the oil filler hose. I have only rough idle when I reset DME and cold, when warm, she runs like there is nothing wrong * Rough running (rough idling, increased idle speed). As a result of the incoming secondary air, the following fault codes may be stored in the DME fault memory: * DME 5.2, P1123 to P1130 * DME 7.2, P1126, P1128, P1130, P1133
  8. Hi Tool Pants I'm not sure what happened - it almost looks like it got hit by something and left some sort of deposit and a hole. I have more pictures (macros) if you like to see then let me know. Today was strange - in the morning I got a bunch of (9) DTC's : p0304 - p0306 p1114 - p1119 p0150 misfire ... reset it and now I'm back to (in order): p1128 p1130 and a new one p1126 I' getting to the point to ask my dealer to fix it  Next thing is to change the filter and check on the fuel pressure. Thanks a lot.
  9. Thanks! Before the O2 sensor went out, I went on a trip (sorry had to - 250 miles) and when I started the engine in the morning it smelled like gas - a lot. After that I had to wait like 5 min before I even could drive ( backfire ....). Again thanks - I will check all those things. BTW how often do I need to replace the fuel filter?
  10. Hi have some trouble with my 99 Boxster. Went to the local dealer - diagnosed secd. air ventilation? P1128 and P1130 are lean condition - after a wile P0150 pops up. Well, I checked all O2 sensors and one was dead (see pic) driver side after Kat. Put a new one in but the probelm is still present. Any idea??
