  1. I'm not sure we have the same problem. My left pod works but the roller is too stiff something to roll with my thumb. The inner spring is obviously too tight. I sure I could easily fix the problem but I need to FIGURE OUT HOW TO POP THE COVER OFF the multi function pod in order to expose the inner workings. thanks
  2. It is only the left (mostly for volume) roller wheel that is sticky. Therefore this is not a generic issue. I'd rather try to free it up myself first than to take the car to the dealer. I have a used car from USA that I purchased in Canada. I'd rather see the dealer the first time with a more legit problem. Does anyone know how to pop the lid off these multi function thumb roller pods? cheers
  3. Can anyone suggest a better posting location to get an answer? thanks
  4. Hi, I have the PCM with a Multi function steering wheel. It is a great option. However, I find that my left (mostly for volume) roller and click wheel is too "notchy" between rolling clicks. Sometimes I'm unable to roll the wheel and I end up pushing down on it which activates the select (click down on roller wheel) function. Is there any way to adjust or fix a roller wheel that is too hard to thumb roll? thanks
