Hi all, My current wheels are the porsche 19" turbo twists (19 x 11 - 64 ET) and I have 275/30/19's on the rears. The tires look really narrow and look actually narrower than the rim itself. Anyway, turns out that my rears have been underinflated for quite a while and I inflated them last week. A day later, I noticed two fat bulges on the inside sidewall of the rears. So to make a long story short, I need to swap them out. I'd like to go with 295/30/19 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position tires. The question is whether or not I'll have any issues fitting bigger tires on this wheel. I really want to avoid any rubbing or really bad handling.

OK...so it sounds like you're recommending to wait and see if the CEL light comes on again with this code. If it does, I'll probably clean the sensor as I've been reading on the forum although I don't even know where these sensors are :) If you have a pointer to a link on how to do that, that'd be great. I will double check the FAQs also. Btw - my error said something about bank 1 system is too lean...is that just an interpretation of the code by the scanner I was using? -

you're probably right. Well i couldnt wait so i just went to autozone and borrowed their reader. Found P2096 and was even able to reset it...pretty easy and painless...now just gotta figure out what this code means and if i need to worry about it. -
Hi all, I have an 02 911 Cabrio and the CEL just came on today. I had an old cable from my old VW GTI that I used to use with Vagcom so I thought I could use that cable with the "Car Code OBD-2" software. I simply downloaded that software, plugged it into my cable and to the car. The program just gets stuck on 'checking for interfaces...' and hangs. Nothing happens. I left it for a few mins and not even an error. I have a strong suspicion it might be the cable but I think my cable works with ISO 9141 which is I believe the protocol for Porsches.
