For the life of me I CANNOT figure out what those little bastards are called in the parts diagrams. I've tried everything I can think of. I'm ordering from Sonnen. Anyone know a part # or name for them. Thanks so much.

Is there a direct fit replacement of perhaps a later production year turbo taillight that I can buy to replace my 04 ones with? Were LEDs used in Gen 1 Cayennes? If I can't update them I'll just replace the broken one, but it seemed like an opportune time to upgrade. Plus, wifey gets to buy it. Hennessey? Suncoast? Sonnen? Touareg?

I've noticed I can knock this the suspension down a notch and drive at regular speeds around town low setting. Is this bad for the suspension in any way? Dallas has pretty bad streets.

I have on occasion a clicking coming from my front end under full lockup while turning right or backing out in the exact same fashion. Worse in cold weather and seemingly also while facing uphill. Diffrential or CVs? Inspection hyoelds to torn boots or play when wheels are grasped firmly and manipulated inboard then outboard. I'm stumped. Does AWD just click normally under full lockup? If so please explain. Thanks!

Battery is at 12v even and its new in June of 11 at purchase. Gotta replace it. Coils were cleaner and fresher than anything I've seen in an engine before and they were new in 06 under warranty. Fuel pressure is STRONG. I still have a stumble after starting the car which gets better but not fully. Daaaaang.

Just started getting this message, maybe three times now. Restart 04 CTT and it disappears. I realize the transmission servo motor can be the culprit as well as a low battery. My battery was replaced at purchase in June, and the 4WD transfer case was replaced in 05 under warranty. I've never used the 4wd or locked into low gear or used the locking diffs until today. I put it in neutral and could not get the rear diff to lock; pulling the switch to the rear simply did nothing and the transmission icon did not illuminate the rear differential. Center and low/ front was illuminated. While in there I'm investigating my crummy idle after I start the car. Anyone replace a servo motor lately? Buy from Sonnen or Suncoast? Thanks guys.

Also could be the pcv oil spray from left turbocharger hose bulletin issue.

Hey Don the brakes are getting new juice today and I'm replacing the serp (should have 3k ago) when we fix the hoses next weekend. Anyone try this themselves yet? Looks like a tight fit.....the lift really comes in handy though. My gut says hoses. They always failed on my e39s. A pump did as well but usually the hoses. I'll wash the hoses you mentioned today with Dawn. I have a new outer door seal and headlight gaskets coming too.

I was changing the oil while on the lift this morning. I noticed the under panels were coated in old oil. Turns out to be ps fluid all over the lines and nearby fittings etc. Nothing dripping. Never saw a drop on the garage floor so I'm shocked. No symptoms either. I sprayed down all the surfaces with engine cleaner and cleaned up the lines hopefully to see where we have a seep from. I'll check it again in a week. Anyone replace their lines lately? The radiator hoses were fairly well coated too. The serpentine belt is dry as a bone. Anyone? Loren? I did not have time to check ps fluid level but will in a bit. I'm fighting a nasty head cold. I'll post pics shortly.

Buy them. We did. Sorry for my bluntness Mark, but I'll reiterate Loren's concern. Renntech.org is a tremendous asset to us all and there's tons of DIY knowledge here. There also is a LEGAL obligation NOT to promote activity contravening the goodwill of PNA, etc., so THEY allow us to have the forum, most likely. The stuff on eBay is garbage. I bought the full set at the dealer and see it as a plus when I sell along with new master keys, and my complete service records.

If my packs are new as of 08 should I replace again.......? My idle kinda sucks. I know I have 50k mi on the current plugs.

What about the 4-5 stickers at the bottom of the windshield?
