  1. All, my 97 boxster has 40k miles but my suspension feels very rough passing bumps, etc. Will changing shocks help with this problem? Somebody told me shocks needed to be replaced only if you car bounced all over the place...which is not the case with mine, just stiffness. I test drove an 02 boxster last week and it felt soooo much more comfortable. What do you think, will new shocks or springs help?
