  7. Good day, My top will not work any more (currently in top position) however it isn't the sensors problem since the motor is running in the background when i click on the button. I have read up the forum and i think the first thing i need to do is open up the services cover to look inside. Sorry i am new to this, but if i cannot get my top to lower to begin with, how can i access the service part? Any advices for my problem? Any help would be great! Thanks all! 8. Hi Chris, this is my very first post. You seems to be an expert in this and I hope you can help me. I cannot lower my top this morning. At first I tried to lower it and the motor starts working. But seems like it was moving unevenly and after a few pop sound, i raise it back up. Since then, I can't move the top back down no more but i can heard the motor sound is running. I read up the link about convertible issue. My first question would be how can i even access to the services part without able to lower the top part to begin with. Thanks for the help!
