  1. Get a relay with a built in timer. You wire the relay to send a negative pulse to the open\close wires of your car. You can use the arm trigger from you remote or connect directly to the switch. You time how long it takes for your roof to open\close and set the relay for that time. You will need one relay for open and one for close. They are about $20 each. If you would help on how to wire the relays and the wires colors for your car let me know and I can provide them.
