Hello Guys,
I bought my 00 used, and since i got it the remote key did not work.
I replaced the battery , but that didnt do the trick.
What else should i check to fix this??
I had the same problem recently with my key. A new battery wouldn't work. I then checked with an external 1.5 v source and the key would work. I soldered a new contact for the battery and it now works well.

Thanks, I did the hack and it works fine.

I'm looking for a wiring diagram to install a relay so that I will have running headlights on when the ignition is turned on. The car is from California and I require running headlights in Canada. Thanks.

I also followed the instructions and had some minor bending/buckling, on one side of the car. The other side didn't really bend much at all. I just thought it was normal.
