  1. With about 40% destined for US markets, that translates into about 8,000 per year or 80,000 over the last ten years. but it didnt start with making 20000. mine is a german one cause i would never get a Finnish Porshce. doesnt seem right. im german and my car shoud be too. but i want to know how many others there are of my 97 zuffenhausen produced boxster.
  2. I mean how many were produced? so, how many were produced each year in Zuffenhausen and how many in Finland ?
  3. What are the production numbers for 1997-2000 boxsters? Please distinguish between Zuffenhausen and Finland assembly
  4. Which exhaust did you get? How does it sound? Did everything just bolt in easily? I'm considering doing the same thing, any word would be helpful. Its a Maxspeed-Motorsports Sounds pretty good. Its loud and tough to get used to when driving far, but sounds real nice from down the street. Its deep in low rpm, but gets to a nice wail as you get up to speed in 2nd. I read the instructions over and found out that taking the bumper off wouldn't be necessary after I looked under the car. Its just a tight fit to get a wrench and a ratchet on the front. Easy instalation after that. You don't see the big muffler underneath the car anymore, and the welds are real nice. Here's the link to it on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-04-Porsc...sspagenameZWDVW Hope the link works
  5. Thanks alot. better instructions than the ones i found on the manufacturer's website after i posted this.
  6. Hi Guys I just got a '97 boxster 3 months ago and decided to get a new exhaust. It says I need to take off the rear bumper/rear panel to access that area. Has anyone done this before and could explain it or give a link to someone who has? Pictures of it would be nice to. Thanks
