  1. Try this floor jack adapter. It works great for me. http://www.eastwoodco.com/jump.jsp?itemID=...temType=PRODUCT Peter
  2. What was your mileage before posting? Is your mileage decreasing? If this is the same mileage since you bought it, then I would not worry about it.
  3. Service manual is a repair manual containing step by step procedure for servicing or repairing the car. Owner's manual that came with the car is an opertional manual describing how to operate a car.
  4. If you don't have Boxster shop manual, I suggest you to get Bentley's "Porsche Boxster Service Manual" to look at electrical schematic. Once you have the schematic, I think it will make the HID kit installation easier and safer. Amazon has a great price at: http://www.amazon.com/Porsche-Boxster-Serv...7551&sr=8-1 Peter
  5. I have BOSCH ICON blades. They are top of the line wiper blades. They are available from many auto parts store. They were recommended by people from PPBB forum. They work well. Part numbers are: 422A (Driver) 422B (Passenger) The passenger side blade is a little on the long side (small gap between tip of blade and glass when the wipers are at rest). But when in action, the wipers look and work just fine. Peter
  6. Toolpants, I know this is an old thread, but what is a good, low cost, OBD reader for the home user? Looks like you are using a Palm (back in '04). How'd ya do that? Alan P.S. By the way, thanks for the links for info on replacing the CV joints. Job went well. Nice to work on a vehicle that appears to be designed to work on. I have a nice Palm based OBDII from http://www.auterraweb.com/ for my old Palm Tungsten T. It works very well. Price starts at $149 plus cable. Peter
