  1. Thanks a ton Loren. (i'm the same user, the original post was from my home account, lol) I spoke with the customer about the part number he had found and whatever he has selected is supposed to fit the Turbo bumper so i have a feeling it's the GT3 or motorsport lip but could even be the RS lip w/ the Gurney strip. I know we're putting on GT2 side skirts and he's having some rear lip sent to us from Germany so i'll have to wait and see what comes in....thanks again for the speedy response.
  2. i do have pictures, i'm not able to post them from my work computer can i email them to you? just email me at natt@timsautobody.net w/ your email and i can fire them over. i greatly appreciate the offer. :renntech:
  3. yup, that's why i'm going nuts, i cannot figure this out, i'm supposed to be getting pictures faxed to me of these part #'s but i am unsure of what they are as well: 997-505-477-02 997-505-478-02 i have tried to find them in my copy of PET but am unable. i guess what i really need is someone with this specific car to help and take a look in their wells to say yay or nay to whether or not the shields are even there and if they are what might the part number be on them. I do appreciate all the help so far... not being totally fluent in Porsche seems to be my downfall. :drive:
  4. Actually Loren i just spoke w/ my one vendor and those are the front halves we already have, what we're looking for attaches to those fold clips on the shield and the screws and plastic nut(999.073.231.09 and 999.049.028.40) it underlaps the front half using those same 3 mounts but sits in front of the mufflers at the most forward part of the rear bumper before the wheel. sorry, i should have included the part numbers we have already tried... my apologies. i am a tiny bit frazzled at the moment! Thanks for the help, hopefully we can find this part out...
  5. those #'s are definitely the rear halves of the rear liners? i don't mean to doubt your knowledge, believe me, but i have to be totally sure as we have tried 4 previous liners and they were all wrong. just to clarify what we are looking for: said piece attaches to th longer front half of the rear liners and covers in front of the rear bumper in the exhaust area. It protects the exhaust from road/track debris. If this fits the description of those numbers, sir you are a life saver!!
  6. Hello, This is my first post on here so please be patient. I am the parts manager of a body shop in PA. We have an 07 GT3RS we have done repair work on. We are preparing to deliver the vehicle and need two part #'s to complete the job. The parts we need are the rear halves to the rear plastic splash shield. I helped disassemble this vehicle over 2 months ago and in the mean time the one good old one has disappeared, along w/ the part # on it. I am hoping some generous soul could take a glance at their own vehicle and please post the part number or email it to me @ natt@timsautobody.net I am being told by two dealerships that i am insane and that the vehicle did not come w/ these parts. I will stand corrected if it's true, but i'm hoping at 26 that my memory is still pretty sharp. ;-) Thanks for listening to my ramble and i hope someone can help us get a fellow porsche owner his pride and joy back after a long wait. Cheers Matt
