  1. I have a C-2 996 MY2000 tiptronic, and I have noticed that sometimes I cannot control the doors manually from the switch on the dash. usually when I pull off the doors lock automatically but sometimes they don't lock and when I try to lock them it doesnt work. Any clues ?
  2. I am doing a major service and have to replace the spark plugs but I am having difficulty locating where they are and how you access them, I hope someone can help me.
  3. Hi all I had a good long look to try and identify where my oil leak is coming from and one guess is that its coming from the oil sensor switch as on the cable there is quite much oil. This would suggest that the leak comes when the engine is running and then gets sprayed all over the place making it difficult to identify where the leak comes from. Is it common for oil to leak from the sensor ?

  5. Hi first thanks for the answers to the workshop manual, I need the manual to try and find where I am getting an oil leakage from somewhere on the engine. When I have seen Porsche service they drop the engine out of the car...is that always necessary ? and how difficult is it? The car is 4 years old any ideas on what I need to change other than spark plugs, oil filter air filter fuel filter etc. Do the gaskets need to be changed ? as I suspect this is where the oil leakage could be coming from. Many thanks P:S for tipronic are there additional checks or requirements
