After the engine warms up I hear a loud squealing noise. The engine seems to sputter and the oil light comes on. If I rev the engine the oil light goes out. Last year the water pump was replaced along with the serpentine belt. Not sure what the problem is. Thanks.

    Hello:

My temperature light is flashing, but the temperature gauge stays around 190. Some days the light doesn't flash. Is this my therostat going? Thanks.

If the temp is staying where it should it cannot be the thermostat.

The light serves two purposes and the second one is the coolant level. Have you checked it?

Thanks for all the posts. I will check the coolant level.
