  1. fyi, we had a similar rattle that was driving us insane coming from the support bar behind our sunroof. I found that I could actually fit my hand/arm in between the roof and the headliner after popping the rear of the sunroof up. I kneeled in the driver seat backwards and slowly worked my petite hand/arm into the gap. My husband then supported the bar from inside the car and we were able to snap the bar back into the clip that it had come loose from. This is a two person job as it takes a lot of force to snap the bar back into the clip. You have to have someone supporting the headliner and applying pressure so that you don't ruin your headliner. Saved us the dealer fee to do the repair and it hasn't come un-clipped again (knock on wood!).

  2. I really like the updates Loren! Much easier on the eyes and I like the sharpness of the graphics & fonts.

Thank you for providing such a great community for us P-car nuts.

See you soon at WOCD! Wait until you see the latest 911 that found it's way to our house. Nice little project car - 74' 911S

  3. I don't have any advice for you but just wanted to weigh in and give my condolences. Major engine failure is very unfortunate and very upsetting. These cars were built to do those speeds and being in Europe you have a lot more opportunity to let them stretch their legs than we do here in the US. Hope all goes well with the rebuild. I know I would be pretty upset if the engine in my 996 blew, I have only had it since February....
