  1. Thanks David :) Any pointers / advice will be much apreciated Jackie
  2. Hi Guys, first post on here so be kind please! I'm part way through upgrading my 2001 Boxster S's sound system (well I'm not doing it myself - simply supervising the husband :P ) I've got the so called "up-graded" sound system - small amp in the front with weedy sounding doors speakers. I really want to leave all the original amp / speaker cabling in place, and I have all the components ready to fit...Rainbow 3 way component speakers and a Sinfoni amp. I know some of you must have travelled a similar upgrade path and would perhaps like to share some of the lessons you learnt - please! The biggest problem seems to be routing the door speaker cables, I don't think it's possible to pass the cables (fairly heavy) thro' the rubber connector between the door and the car body. Any ideas please? No doubt there will be similar issues with running the cables for the dash mounted mid's and tweeters  Also any advice on where to locate the crossover units, 4 of them. If you have any pictures that would be a huge help. I'm sure there will be more "difficulties" to overcome before the installation is complete! Thanks folks and Best wishes from Scotland :) Jackie
