  4. Hi, I wonder if I could seek some assistance. This may be a simple proccedure but I have not attampted it before. I have a 911 996 2002 and my hood at front seems to be closing a little lower then flush with the top edge of my front bumper. How can I adjust the hood/release to raise the hood slighty to bring it in line/flush? Thank you
  5. Hi,I wonder if I could seek some opinions. My 2002 996 is parked on a slight angle forward and is used every 2nd odd day. Occassionally when I start the vehicle in the morning my driver side exhaust tends to blow quite a bit of smoke for about 5 seconds. The vehicle has done 60000klms Last oil change at 57000klms approx 5 months ago. Any suggestions what may cause this issue and is it a problem or a common occurance for these models? Thanks

  8. Hi all, I wonder if anyone has a cd changer magazine for sale or would know where to purchase one for my 2002 911 996. The changer is a Porsche CDC-3 6 stacker or also known as a Becker Silverstone 2660. I am in Melbourne but will pay freight. Thanks

  10. Hello everyone, I must say I am going crazy trying to find a sollution to my problem. My 2002 996 has a Radio CDR 220 fitted and I have been unsuccesful in getting the radio to display the programme descriptions such as 'Cassic Rock' or 'Triple M' etc. I have called my Porsche dealer and made me feel like my model was pre-historic and no one had any idea or anyone old enough to know. Had to check for myself (hope the dealer doesnt catch on  ) and test drove a vehicle of the same model same year same radio and of course that radio displayed the program. Can someone help me on the steps I need to follow to set this feature up. Thanks to all.
