  1. Follow the troubleshooting tree I posted above - IF your faults are exactly the same. Loren, Your troubleshooting tree does not involve replacement of flywheel, So i am assuming its okay to use stock flywheel when upgrading clutch. The flywheel shouldn't cause these issues? I have the same exact faults , it occurred when we put in a clutch and upgraded the injectors. Thanks , i will have my mechanic check the 02 sensors and injectors again.
  2. Any update on this issue? I have the same exact issue? is a new flywheel needed or the 02 sensor alone will fix this? Thanks
  3. Thanks everyone. I had to pass on that car for other reasons as well. I am looking at other car next week so hopefully will work out.
  4. What year is the car and how much mileage? 01, 18k miles You also need the value for the "operating hours counter". 849.5 The operating hours of the engine (which might be in your case 848.9 hours) have a correlation to the mileage on the car which might give you an indication of whether the odometer reading is considered "normal" or "suspect". This should be compared to the mileage to see if the number makes sense. If you divide the odometer mileage by the operating hours you will have an average MPH. A "normal" average MPH will be between 25 and 50 MPH, so it helps to know in what setting most of the driving was done (i.e., highway or city traffic). This vehicle shows range 1 as "2960 848.9 h" which means the vehicle has used the rev-limiter for 2,960 ignitions, the last time being at 848.9 hours. So in other words, the engine was red-lined often and the last time was very recent if we assume the engine only has 848.9 hours. It also shows Range 2 as "304 848.9h" which means the vehicle exceeded the redline 304 times. Not a good sign IMHO. Are you sure its 304 times ? i read somewhere its 304 ignitions. can you please confirm? Regards, Maurice.
  5. can someone help tell me if this is good or bad? Range 1 2960 848.9 h Number of ignitions Range 2 304 848.9h This is the DME data i have from PPI today. I am planning on buying the car tommorow. Thanks
