The transmission should work even smoother than the Tiptronic S. Your car sure have problem. Get the dealer to fix it, if they refuse. Ruin the transmission gear by yourself and claim the warranty. For break in period, consume 1/2 to 1 quart of oil is normal. But should not be any visible oil consumption after the break in period. Smokey exhaust is not acceptable. Even cold start up, my Boxster S only had white steam (Water). Make sure what you saw is not water steam. The dealer is no right, smokey exhaust means poor emission. Must be something wrong. For the gas filling, my Boxster S never had the problem you said. Go to the dealer to also write a complain letter to Porsche headquarter.

Also check the air mass sensor. In the durametric software. You can select air mass sensor and rpm, and monitor them. See if the sensor signal stable during idle. Since faulty air mass sensor doesn't necessary generate fault code (Only short circuit or sensor signal badly out of range generate fault code).
