  1. Hi, I just purchased a 1991 964 turbo that was converted into a racecar. After going over the car from front to rear i could not find the exact location of the power steering pump unless the former owner decided to do away with power steering. In my case, I will be racing the car occasionally in Hill climb Racing and would not mind having the amenities of power steering. Does anyone have a complete diagram of the power steering assembly for my car. Many thanks, eric

    964 VIN Puzzle

Hi, I tried using Scouser's VIN decoding for a 1991 964 carrera 2 coupe that I am considering purchasing. The VIN # is WPOZZZ96ZMS450906. When I had this VIN decoded using Scouser's decoder, it states that the car is a cabriolet and not a coupe. Does the European model have a different designation for the body type compared to the USA model? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
