Howling Noise at 2800 RPM in 5th & 6th Gear

Funny, I hear something just like this around the same engine speed in my '03 986 S. Sounds like it's coming from the passenger air intake. It only happens when I have the throttle in a very specific position, so I assume it's just vacuum and nothing to worry about. It also only seems to happen at higher altitudes. (99 C4) I hear a howling sound @ cruizing speed between 43-50mph. noise goes away after i lift off the gas. can't figure out what caused it yet. -

i have a 99 C4. recently start hearing noise from the rear right. at first i thought it was the tires; had all four tires replace and the noise is still there. noise is only noticeable when i leave my foot on the gas to maintain speed. once the foot is off the gas or accelerating, the noise goes away. this is more annoying than the whining noise of the engine. T.I.A. for your feed back.

Any DYI for installing the M030 suspension? have anyone attemped the install? if so how difficult?

:help: drove my car over the weekend ( 99 C4). Notice that the fan up front /radiator kicked in when I started the car and did not stop until i turn the car off. I think its the first time that this has happen or i never pay any attention to it before. I let the car idle for 25 minutes in the garage; car did not over heat. My undersdtanding is that the electric fan only kick in to cool the car; not on at all times. should i be concern? The is not over heating, but I don't want it to lead to other problems. TIA.

i have a 1999 C4 and was wondering if a carrera spoiler from an 04 will fit my car. I was told that the mounting bracket location are slightly different between the model years. if the hole location differ, can it be made to fit? TIA
