  1. I have a 996 GT3, there is about a good 5 to 10 degrees of dead spot free play in the steering. When I was cruising on the highway at 75 mph, I held the steering wheel with both hands and the car would pick a slight change of direction and go there depending on the road/wind conditions. It then prompted me to do a slight 5 to 10 degree shake of the steering wheel and there was no change of direction. I was wondering if it could be that the steering rack is shot and needs a rebuild. Anyone else ever have a problem like this? What's been done before is the car just had a corner balance, I was actually just driving home from that. Also had all the steering components, bushings, control arms, trailing arms checked by two shops.
  2. Does the Throttle Jacking Unit have anything to do with the Throttle Position Sensor? Do I have to replace the entire throttle body?
  3. Shoot, forgot to mention that I did clean the throttle body yesterday. MAF is a brand new Bosch unit from Suncoast. Code came back exactly the same after the cleaning.
  4. Hi Guys, I am a little stumped right now, searched around and haven't seen another car with this combination of error codes. Car Info: My car is a 2002 911 Carrera 2 w/ 60k miles I just replaced the Maf with a brand new unit from Suncoast. P1109 - Input variables, charge measurement Above limit P0430 - Factory Fault Code 45 - TWC conversion, Bank 2 Above limit Any ideas as to what I should be checking? O2 sensor? which one? Catalytic? Thanks in advance
