  1. C4s, sorry to hear about the leak.. Hopefully you will only have to take it in once.. But look on the bright side, it's still under warranty and now we all have something in common.. :) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  2. Question, what are you doing with 1 hand on the passenger window doing 135+ ???? show off!!! :D
  3. Almost new ssk from B&M. I purchased the wrong one.. Installed but only driven to and from the shop for uninstall. Model # 45182 fits MY 98-01. Spoke to BMracing directly. My vehicle is an 03 and this part will not work for me. $175 message me if you are interested.. I'll have pics up after the install. Look here thanks Peter
  4. Nice write up gary... I'm gonna head out to sears to get some jack stands.. would it be ok if I used 2x4's on all 4 jack stands to elevate the car even more? I take it the porsche hydraulic jack won't work and I need to get the kind you have right? <{POST_SNAPBACK}>
  5. I'm having the same problems getting the old key to snap back into place.. I was able to swap out the 2 internals and got the new cgt key back together in 1 piece.. Any tricks to getting the old key to snap back in flush?
  6. same identical internals??? In that case i'll just do it myself and save the trip to the dealer for programming.. :)
  7. I have a MY03 and have experience this on very gentle and light acceleration. Should I not worry about this for the variocam is what it is? Or should I just drive harder and not shift until 4k? Would the newly installed FabSp cold air intake have anything to do with this? :drive:
  8. True about transfering the internals. But didn't someone say that the range increased greatly with the new CGT internals? <_<
  9. So now you have 3 working set of remote keys for the p-car? The dealer guy told me that you can't have 3 and that 2 was the maximum the cpu allowed. Is there any truth to that? I was going to use my valet key with the new cgt remote
  10. Correct me if i'm wrong but I think if you already have the fabspeed intake you don't need to do the orange cap thing. I think its purely for sound and a cheap upgrade to boost intake noise.
