  1. Thanks Mike I've read the same, and it is too hard for what I gain over a SkiFi modulator.
  2. After hours and hours of research, I'm about to give up. I have a 2003 C2 Cab Bose factory upgrade with the optical antenna. You who know, the optical antenna is one. I was trying to install a permanent XM receiver driving the antenna without a SkyFi type modulator. This cannot be done because of the optical antenna or purchasing a $600 bus. The next step to to go to a satellite ready aftermarket radio, but I would need a radio wiring installation kit so as to not lose the Bose amplifier. Checking with Crutchfield, etc. there appears to be none available. Does anyone have any suggestions or has the Porsche gremlins taken their toll again?
