My car is done around 125,000 K/M plugs and coils were changed at 110 is it possible they need to change this fast?

Hi there, I need your advice if anyone had this problem beforem, my ctt04 is struggling to drive when i push the gas, it seems like no enough fuel going in there or the engine over filled with fuel.... when i try to start from zero while accelration there will be no response at all and suddenly response will come back,, i noticed some noises comes from under the car like (puff puff) usually this noise comes from cars with no fuel as far as i know... i smelled fuel smell when stopped from mufflers.... my wife noticed when i strat the car black smoke comes out of the mufflers ( just when starting and not all the time) i would really appreciate your help

the noise is related to the rotation of the wheels its like every half turn of the wheel it will come till it disappears. the faster the wheels goes the faster the noise comes but around after the speed of 80 KM it will go. My car done 119K K/M

Hi all, I have a Cayenne turbo, its a 2004 model but manufactured 2003, there is a strange noise comming out ((Some times 4 out of 10)) when accelrating from 0 slowly with a very slight turn in the steering or even on straight, the noise comes from the fron end its like ( dug....dug...dug) and will go faster the faster i go tehn it stops. i have read the drive shaft threads but i am not sure if its the same or no coz this one sound a bit harder.... any help will be appreciated Thank you
