  1. I am restoring a 1970 911T - full ground up and planning to replace (but keep) original engine with a 2.7 that produces considerably more power. I have a 915 gearbox and 911SC brakes from a donor '78. The tub is sound from complete dismantling/rebuilding. I would like to keep the original appearance, but enjoy the added performance. Is there any further safety, handling, or stopping consideration I should make at this point of the project?
