A big Thank You to all those that donated to help us reach our 2019 goal (and pay the site operating costs)!

Just an FYI - if all members of this site had donated - then the cost per member would have been less than $0.06 each.

Thanks again to all of you that did contribute!

  1. Escort 9500 ix works GREAT without the annoying false alarms of the V1.
  2. I just replaced the retractable spoiler with a fixed wing on my 2001 C2 Cab. I heard that there is a hack to the 2 micro switches that used to be in the retractable spoiler motor that will keep my spoiler error light off without having to mess with jumping connectors in the main harness or by replacing the harness. Is anyone aware of this info? Any help or info is appreciated.
  3. I had a rattle in the door of my C2 Cab as well. Drove me crazy! After many attempts, I found the screws that hold the subwoofer box in the door coming loose. There is 4 phillips head screws that hold the sub box in the door and all of them were a turn or two loose. Rattle GONE! Hope this helps.
  4. I know this is an old post but I have an Artic silver hard top from an 01 C2 Cab I just purchased. It's not perfect, it has a blemish on the top in the center. I am using this vehicle as a seasonal car so I don't plan on using the top. I am located in upstate NY. PM me if you are interested.
  5. I have GT3 wheels on my 2001 C2 Cab (narrow body) and have no problems with clearance. Bob
  6. Thanks for the reply. So for the other speakers, the one with the stripe is generally the minus (-)?
  7. I need help with speaker wire colors. 2001 996 C2. There are two wires, one yellow and one yellow with a brown stripe. Does anyone know which one is the "+" and which is the "-"?
  8. I have the Fasbspeed exhaust in my 2001 C2 Cab and my wife won't ride in it because the drone is severe in the 2600-3400 rpm range. Everyone has to make choices....
