  1. This is my first post here, and looking to buy my first Porsche. Can anyone help with 2 issues: 1. Are there any potential areas (large repair bills) to focus on? Transmissions, engine, aircon compressor, door seals, electrical systems etc. I drove the car, and the Tip when cold didn't want to shift gears manually. 2. The car I'm looking at is in fantastic condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Can the 964 be used as a daily driver? I'd imagine that if any 19 year old car was the best candidate for this, it will be the 911.
