I have a 2008 Cayenne that has had this problem for 10 months now. Problem: When coming to a complete stop with the brakes fully applied the brake pads will drag on the rotors after you have released the brakes and accelerate forward. Dealer Solution: None at this time. The problem is hard to repeat at the dealer and they needing to record the actual noise in order to determine the problem. Once the recorded sound is captured they are going to send it to Germany for sound analysis to determine the frequency. We have taken it in twice to the dealer and can not duplicate the problem. It appears to happen on days with low humidity. The problem is happening on flat ground so it is not the brake assist that is causing the brakes to drag. although this system may be the cause. Anyone out there with the same problem????
