  1. have a 2004 S with a rattle under pass side dash. from driver seat the sound comes for down and the the right. Seems to be from inside the cabin Not glove box, not glove box door- but something rattles. Anyone had this gremlin, or have suggestions on how to track it down? Thanks!
  2. if you are asking about the "button" on left side of ignition lock, it is not a button. It is a cover for a release mechanism for the ignition key. In the case that the battery dies and the key is in the ignition, the key will be locked in place. One has had some bad luck if that release is needed- but if you do, Porsche has you covered. See attached file (if I can get it to upload) or see page 18 of the user manual, (available on the Renntech download page if your copy is lost). The Cayenne got stuck in Park again and is now at the shop - anyone know what the little button next to the ignition is? this is driving me crazy,, Pages_from__749_04_cayenne_owners_manual.pdf
