    Porsche Boxster 987
  1. I realized another problem when my friend shooting a movie for my car. From the video, i see my car's tail brake lights go flickering when applied brakes... The thing is, I couldn't repeat and make this problem to occur again... Any 987-2 owners aware of that?
  2. Thanks man...sorry for delay i didnt check the forum for a while...was busy.. thats the bose system you have but already got pics from a guy in another forum. anyway thanks alot all.. My 09 boxster S should be with me 1st June as told.. One more reference here if you would like to know more of the storage box in movie.
  3. Finally, I got the car back from Dealer. They have the interior lights problem fixed. The faulty wiring caused the problem and got replaced. Nothing wrong with the fuse.
  4. Please correct me ;p ... Am I not supposed to hand wash the car with Protech?.. Did I do anything wrong to the car? FYI, I took the car to the the service center. First of all, what they did was looking at the fuse box (Which I have already inspected), and found nothing wrong with the fuses. Then the technician took the car into the workshop, diagnostic with his computer (I guess) while me and my wife was waiting inside enjoying a hot coffee and cookie offered by Porsche. After a while, the guy came out and said to me that he needed at least one day to pinpoint the problem as he needed to
  5. Thanks for your reply! The map light and also the "sun blocker" lights are not functioning. I am sure that the switch isn't turned off and it's stilll not working when I manually switch it on.... How strange...
  6. Got my new 2009 boxster few weeks ago! The car is just lovely. Can't find words to describe the joy of owning/driving this babe. One quick technical question. My overhead interior lights somehow not working after car wash. The footwell light, however, is working just fine. I have opened up the fuse box that I suspected a short circuit may occur but I can't find the specific fuse location associated with it. Or anyone has any thoughts? I can take the car back to the dealer and let them to fix it but I would like to know the cause of it. Thanks Boxster(s)!!
