buying a Cayenne

Hey guys, new here. I'm looking at a Cayenne as well. We test drove a 2008 ML350 the other day and it was nice but kind of blah. The wife loved it, but she loves the look of Cayenne. Trying to get comparisons between the two if there is anyone who has owned or test driven them. I'm stuck in El Paso (moving back to Denver in October) and there isn't a used cayenne within 300 miles of here. So my short question is: How does the entry model ride in terms of stiffness compared to the ML? Thanks! -
Hey guys, I'm in the market for a 996 after just selling my C32AMG. I found a 99 with low miles and the options and color I like. The owner told me that when he took the car for service in January 09, the dealer found a small transmission leak but didn't recommend doing anything about it. From the research I have done, it must be the dreaded RMS leak or maybe the IMS leak, I don't know. Given this information, would any of you go forward with the purchase or continue to look for one without the leak? Thanks so much and sorry about hijacking the thread. i couldn't figure out how make a new post.
