  1. Thanks for the feedback. I verified the ground strap is clean and secure. The local AutoZone tested the battery this evening and reports a dead cell. The battery was installed by a different dealer in June, 2009...about 2 months before I bought the car...so I will check with my local dealer on any potential pro-rated warranty.
  2. My 2006 997 C2S ran fine a few days ago (except for the PCM display, but that's another topic) and today the car does not start. No starter motor crank, the turn signals/head lights flash rapidly, and the driver's side window creeps down about 1/8th of an inch at a time. I've been searching the forums, read the owner's manual, and searched with Google without any luck. The battery is about 2 years old. Can anyone point me in the right direction on how to diagnose this mystery? Thanks!
  3. Curious opinions on the flywheel. TPC replaced my clutch and installed a AASCO flywheel almost one year ago. Big improvement in engine response and no issues so far.
  4. FWIW, I just bought this set of triple square sockets from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Vim-Products-VIMXZN4...e/dp/B0019COW5W Made in Taiwan, but claims be be S2 steel...seems to be decent quality and worked perfectly for removing the rear seats.
