  1. DragonflyOH; I have also added a four stalk switch to my 2003 Boxster-S, (6speed manual) steering column with the help of multiple DIY posts on this topic and have not been able to turn on the OBC & cruise. It says it was successful coded but it does not work. I have the Durametric Professional version 6.0.3. Did you have any success yet, I have been working with the folks at Durametric too; right now they are analyzing a log of my efforts.
  2. Using some of the DIY articles I am replacing all the CV boots on my 2003 Boxster S, 6 speed manual transmission. All was going smoothly until I had to pop the ball joint on the Track control arms. It was challenging fitting the seperator tool I bought in the tight spot. I was evenually successful but still had difficult getting the bolts completely free but with help with my son and a crow bar we finally got them out. It will be interesting getting them in again. I have a torn boot on the driver's side ball joint, not sue if I did that getting the seperator tool in place or if it was torn already. Either way I will need to replace the track control arm. I also damaged the threads on the passenger side ball joint track control arm, but the boot is intact. My plan is to buy a new driver side track control arm ( have been pricing them on Pelican Parts) and get a thread chase for the right ball joint to clean up the threads. I cannot find many topics the track control arm replacement. My questions are can you replace one control arm or should they be done as a set, and I believe the bolt thread is M12 x 1.5, is that all I need to know to buy a thread chase or are their different size threads for a M12 x 1.5?
