  1. Official statement from Mintex:

"Regulation 90 Approvals are being granted by many European Government Authorities, although only the following countries designate R90 in a legal capacity:

Germany will accept R90 as an alternative to national requirements.

Is the mark standard the same as the German National Standard (KBA)?

No, the E mark standard is higher than the KBA standard because it incorporates additonal "speed sensitivity tests" not needed for KBA. It is possible a pad could pass KBA and fail the E test."

  2. I was surprised too, due to you have paid a futune <_< for such a car and the simplies thing like tilting the steering wheel to optimize the driving position is the base line for driving performance.

on the other hand, maybe this these cars are not build for comfort/sport seats but for GT3 seats where you don't have care for tilting the steering wheel to get the optimum driving position

  3. the disadvantage w/ GFK is, when you accidently bump into something the GFK will crack easier than the PU-Rim bumper!

the GFK is less flexible material than the PU but then the original PU cost you as double, so you could have an accident and still end up with the same cost as a PU, but an additional paint cost of course.

Mr. Rossow at PHG Automotive is a really a nice guy, known him personally over 3 year now, he is also into motorsport.

    cheers,
