  1. Well...I did remove the rollbar. It has been painted and reinstalled. It wasn't difficult, but did take some time. What I didn't realize when I started the project was that the convertible top frame is bolted to the rollbar. I was a little concerned that the operation of the top would be out of synch when reinstalled, but everything is working. The artic silver rollbar looks great with the guards red exterior and I think it was worth the effort.
  2. I would like to change the color of my rollbar from black to artic silver. I had hoped that it would easily unbolt, however, after polking around for a while last night I've determined that it may not be so easy to remove for paint. Has anyone done this?
  3. I am the new owner of a 15k mile 1999 Boxster. It is Guards Red with a beige interior. I like the look of the all leather interiors, but unfortunately, mine is not. Has anyone attempted to recover the door panels and dash in leather? It does not look like an easy task.
