  1. Loren, Thanks for the quick reply, you have amazing patients. Yes i checked all of the fuses. I bought it from an auction with the hardtop on it. I removed the hardtop and was able to manually raise the top. At the point when pressing the switch, the forward latch closed. When i lowered the top and pressed the switch the latch opened. I can hear the motor trying to work, so i am guessing i am out of hydrolic fluid for starters. The decklid is not responding to anything nor are the rear windows. The side flaps however do function as they should. The battery was completely dead for god knows how long, not sure if that would affect anything. Thanks for your help. Mike
  2. I promise, I looked for 2 hours here! Is the boxster info the same for the 996? Do individual bulbs light up the lcd displays and can they be replaced similarly? :renntech: Thanks so much. I am also starting the battle with the convertible top which is stuck down and does nothing, great first week with the new ride!
