  2. Hello, New Porsche owner here, just got a 1999 996 a couple of weeks ago. Been reading a lot of posts here, great site. I was wondering if the Gen 1 aero sideskirts can be installed with just double sided tape rather than epoxy. I prefer to do this unless for some reason this type of install is not recommended. I purchased a new factory set on ebay that did not include hardware (screws and clips.) Do I still need to purchase these if I use double sided tape. Thanks in advance. John
