  1. I think you are right, I need to drive it more often. Oil was fresh when I put the car away for the winter, but with all the snow and ice for the past six weeks the car just has not been driven.
  2. Went out and drove the car around the block and the noice went away. I'm guessing that it may have been a stuck lifter, at least that is what I am hoping. ED
  3. Need some opinions. I just moved my 2001 C4 out of the garage to work on another car and everything was fine. Went to move the car back in later and noticed an engine knock coming from the right side of the motor. Turned the car off and restarted and it was still there. Sounds kind of like a lifter noise but from the right bottom of the motor. It increases with rpm's. Car has 24,000 miles on it and I bought it new in 2001. No oil leaks ever, but it does also have a slight vibration since the noise appears. Car seems to run ok and no cel. Does anyone have any experience with something like this? I'll call my Porsche dealer tomorrow but would like some of your opinions. Thanks, ED
  4. I have a 2001 C-4 for sale. It is black on black with 9500 miles. E-mail me if you are interested emaliszewski@atsystemsinc.com
