    Hi, ive a problem with my drivers side light not working on my 986 Boxster, ive tried 4 different bulbs without success. All the other lights work fine except I had an issue with the indicator flashing really quick as if a bulb had gone before this problem but then is rectified itself. It's a 2004 Anniversary model. Does anybody have any ideas what the problem could be? Many thanks.

    Hi, I've a Boxster 986 Anniversary MY04. It has the M030 sports suspension. Unfortunately I have a broken front spring so I've ordered a new pair from Porsche. The coloured dots on my springs is a Blue dot at the top & a red & yellow one at the bottom. The ones I've been supplied with just have a red & yellow dot at the bottom of the spring. Could someone tell me if this correct? The part number I have got is P986.343.531.15 50. Many thanks, Adam. (U.K)

    I called Blackvue today & they said they've never had any problems with hardwiring a Porsche with the Power Magic Pro.

    Hi, has anybody fitted a Blackvue Dashcam in their Boxster or Porsche using the Power Magic Pro? I read somewhere that you shouldn't hardwire a dashcam into any Porsche because of the sensitivity of the electrics?? Many thanks, Adam. (UK)

    Its probabbly a snapped cable, happened twice on my Boxster.

    Hi, does anybody know what size throttle body my Boxster 986 550 Anniversary would have? would it be the 68mm or a 74mm ? I know they changed a lot of things on this model such as it has the same airbox as a 987. Many thanks, Adam. (U.K)

    Hi, i have a 986 Boxster 550 Anniversary MY 2004. The question I have is that I'm sure I read somewhere that it was given the same Airbox as the 987 Boxster? Does anyone know if this is correct? Many thanks, Adam. (U.K)

    Hi, i've just fitted the rear speaker kit to my 986 Boxster S (MY 2004) It has the PCM 2 head unit, the problem i have is that the rear speakers are not working. when you try to set up the balance on the head unit the rear speakers are not showing up. Does anybody have any ideas what the problem could be? Thanks, Adam.

    I'm looking to upgrade my shock absorbers on my Boxster Anniversary due to a fault rear one & because aftermarket are cheaper & better than standard, my question is because my Boxster has the sports suspension from the factory which is 10mm lower than standard should i go for the Bilstein B8 shocks or the Designtek D220 Coilcovers?

    I've replaced the anti roll bar bushes, drop links & rear control arm (Forked Arm) but still knocking.

    Hi, i've been getting a knocking noise from the drivers side rear suspension. I took it to my local Indy & was diagnosed at the rear Top Mount, which was replaced. However the knocking noise is back so I decided to take a look myself. When the car is jacked up & you lift the wheel up by hand & let it drop there's a knock / clunk that seems to be coming from the top of the shock absorber, I checked the other side & it was silent. There is no oil leaking from the shock absorber so could it still be the shock or something else? Hope somebody has some answers. Many thanks.

    Thats odd because my cars a manual & i have 3 colours on my springs. On the front i have on the top of the spring a white dot & at the bottom a blue & yellow dot. On the rear at the top theres a green dot & a red & yellow dot on the bottom ???

    That will be the lower control arm bushes squeeking, the noise seems to get worse after a long drive or in warm weather.

    Hi, is it possible to remove the rear exhaust box/muffler without removing the bumper? Advice appriciated. :clapping:
