  1. The GT3 is not a short shifter. It has alloy parts for durability rather than the plastic parts found in the 996/997 shifters. The 997 shifter reduces throw about 15% and cost half as much as the 997 short throw which reduces throw about 25% over the 996 shifter. Not hard DYI. Just takes lot of time to get the center consol out.
  2. This may sound funky, but since these lips get banged up all the time, why not play it on the inexpensive side and have bumper medic do it. If you're doing the painting that's a different story.

  4. I have an 03 996TT and getting the following default codes from a Brockway R920. P3470 B085 B0432. I tried search to get a list of OBD fault codes but could not find it. Any help would be appreciated.
