  1. I am not a user of SB, but I have been following forum threads on SB in MBWorld.org. With standard SB, when you depress the accelerator half way, it is equivalent to fully depressing the accelerator. Hence your back is push to the seat whenever you accelerate. But sometime you might want more relax driving. For what I can remember, the multi setting SB has 3 settings. With 2nd setting when you depress 3/4 way it is equivalent to depressing all the way. 3rd setting will give you back the original car setting, equivalent to not having SB. I always doubt the safety of using SB, for example what if the SB is defective and it generates full voltage (i.e.: equivalent to full throttle).
  2. White paper for sprint booster: http://peony888.com/VS/SprintBooster.pdf In short it connects to accelerator and thus does not modify anything in ECU/TCU. Since Sprint Booster amplified accelerator signal, pressing accelerator half way is like pressing it to the metal with our foot. Most "sport" button in automatic vehicle activates a different ECU engine mapping (downsift earlier and hold on to high gear longer) and sprint booster can't do this.
  3. Hi, My CS 06' comes with a factory fitted reverse camera. Currently it is pointing too much downwards. Can the camera angle be adjusted? Thanks and regards.
  4. Just got the car back after leaving at the dealer for 2 days to rectify a few things. As all my previous cars have an on/off switch to turn on/off aircon compressor plus aircon fan together. Will start getting use to using the "econ" to switch off compressor from now. Thanks for the help.
  5. Apologize for taking a hitch here. Just got my 06 Cayenne for 2 days. It comes with a 4-zone air-conditioning system. 1) Is there an on/off switch for air-con? 2) When rear passenger exit the car, how can the driver switch off the rear air-con Thanks in advance.
  6. Just bought a used 06 CS imported from UK. The coolant lines are already made of aluminum. The local sales rep said all CS and CT from 05 come with aluminum pipes ex-factory. Is this true?
  7. Contributed. Also confirmed purchase of the 06 CS. Thanks again to all. Your factory options list has been sent to you in a PM. Thanks again for your donation. Received. Thanks and regards.
  8. Contributed. Also confirmed purchase of the 06 CS. Thanks again to all.
  9. Many many thank for doing this for me. Have a good day. Bewt regards.
  10. Hi all. After reading this forum for some days and learned a lot of great information from u guys. Finally about to commit to a 06 Cayenne S. I am from Malaysia and this used Cayenne I believed is imported from UK. Malaysia imposed very high tax on imported vehicles, both new and used. This 06 Cayenne is going to cost about GBP70k. New 2010 Cayenne S (not the latest which is just launched recently) would cost about GBP130k. Would appreciate help to decode the VIN of this 06 Cayenne to find out what are the features ex-factory: WP1ZZZ9PZ6LA45795. Thanks in advance. Will continue to learn from you guys. Happy motoring.
