  1. Could be a function of a particular pump so the obvious question is.... Have you experienced this at other stations ? I've literally had the car for just over 3 weeks now and as such have only filled it 3 times...all at the same gas station...but different pumps. I'll try another gas station, as well as trying to ease up on the nozzle insertion. Thanks.
  2. Has anyone noticed that their gas tank on the 997-1 doesn't always fill to the top? I just recently got a 2008 997 S. When the gas stops pumping and the hose clicks off, I think it's full...but then, after I start the car and drive off, I notice that the gauge is not at the 4/4 mark but closer to the 3/4 mark. The next time this happened, I checked the guage as soon as it stopped pumping and again it was closer to the 3/4 mark. So I tried to pump more gas but the pump kept stopping as if it reached it's max. Could this be specific to that gas station's pumps? Or my gas tank?
  3. Thanks guys...both are great ideas! I will definitely look to join a local club.
  4. I just got my first Porsche! White 2008 997 S w/ factory black wheels and only 20K miles!! I got it from a non-Porsche dealership and was wondering if Porsche Dealers/Service Advisors offer "training" on all of the various options on the car? For example, I know it has Sport Chrono but not sure if it's Plus or not...and would love to know how to work all of those functions since there's no manual for that. Also, not sure what version of PCM the car has...
