  1. Ok, so it's to adjust the wiper delay?
  2. I'm looking at a 1995 993 - there are 2 rotating knobs on the instrument panel, the one on the left side is dash light brightness - what is the other one on the right? On the subject car, the knob has been sheared off.
  3. I'm looking at a 1995 993 for sale. I was curious about checking the secondary distributor belt, so I unplugged the primary distributor coil wire to disable it, and the car still ran fine (confirming that the belt is good). As a matter of interest, I then ran the car with only the primary distributor enabled. It still idled reasonably smoothly, but would "pop" every 4-5 seconds, almost like a small backfire. With the secondary distributor back in the picture, problem went away. Is this normal, or is something wrong?
