  1. True, this is an unmodified TURBO bumber so it is wider then the body. My thought was doing the full widebody conversion in the near future that's why I didn't modify the bumber.
  2. 2nd picture---openning to access oil cap and dip stick 3rd picture---- fuse remover??? 4th picture---- tiptronics
  3. Overall, I'm very satisfied with how it turned out. The paint job was done by the same painter that painted my RUF front bumper, he mixed extra as he knows I'll be doing the rear so it turned out perfect. The hardest step is to find out all the parts needed and that's why it took me so long. For the brackets I use 1" by 3/16" aluminum bar @ HOMEDEPOT. If I have to do it all over again it would probably take me around 5-6 hours top. My appreciation goes to JEFF @ SUNSET and DONCAPECOD for assisting with pictures.
  4. Finally got around to complete the Turbo/C4S rear bumper conversion on my 02 C2 Cab. Overall it turned out OK not a perfect fit but about 90%. At least it is all factory parts with the exception of some brackets I made to hold the bottom correctly to the heat shields. 5. 6. I took the Porsche to Newport Auto Center this morning to have the leak checked out. Got a call back from them stating that the CR tank was bad and also found a bad RMS. He did mentioned that the latest parts will be use to fix the problem and will have the car back by tomorrow. Question...can they do an RSM that fast?
  7. Thnx all, I checked with Newport Auto Center this morning and they confirmed that it is still under warranty. WARDHOG- you might be right about the pressure cap, it seems like the leak is from overflow to the drain tube and when I parked the car on a slope is when I can see it dripping.
  8. Thnx Loren as all ways. How can I find out when the warranty is up on my P car? By VIN #?
  9. 02 C2 cab 6 speed 22k miles... Found a puddle of coolant on the ground today on the left side of engine. Look like it could be the CR tank but not certain. Read some posts here but most are 99 and 00 CR tank leak. Does any one heard of the CR tank leak on an 02 with only 22k miles and is this cover under warranty?
  10. Gab, I think SPEEDART made a turbo rear bumper for the Narrow Body. From what I heard, it is the original turbo bumper modified to fit the Narrow body without any modifiication. You'll need the C4S tailpipes. Very expensive $2300.00 for the bumper. I'm planning on doing this mod to my 02 C2 as well but not sure which way to go yet.
  11. I know DONCAPECOD done it to his C2, should ask him how it fits.
  12. Actually the hood is stock, the RUF bumper came with the grill similar to the GT2 that sits in front of the hood. I only fab a piece of ABS underneath it to cover up all of the hoses and the yellow frame.
  13. Look at Loren's Pix above, it is located behind the CD/Cassette holder. Just pop out the side panel and you'll see it. There you'll find 12+, ground, Ignition Sense and Radio Mute all in one connector. Looking at your connectors ,it appears to me you're using the PARROT CK-300? bluetooth kit right? If so, did you ordered the kit with specific Porsche cable?
  14. Have you tried to ground out the pin#3 (mute) on the radio to see if the radio display "PHONE" on it. If it does then the carkit mute trigger output is too low to trigger the radio. On some car kits like SonyEricsson, you have to add a relay to make it work. Also, have you tried the Yellow/Blk wire for mute instead of pin #3?
