I've had my 997 (non S) for about 4 months now. Have about 3500 miles on it. Starting to experience difficulty engaging 1st and 2nd gears. Seems like maybe the clutch isn't fully releasing. No problems in 3rd or higher. Also having issues with clutch engaging smoothly in 1st gear. Anybody with similar problems?
Same here. I have a 2005 (non S).
CD stuck in PCM
in 997-1 Series (Carrera, Carrera 4, Carrera 2S, Carrera 4S)

Take it back to the dealer, it is a warranty item. The problem happened on for 2005's (and 06's???). Same thing happened to me and the dealer had to replace the PCM. The stuck CD was purchased not burnt.
