  1. thanks you sir I took out both rear light, saw the wire and released the lid. **** electrical release! Now I go put in my airbox and pray my MAF cleaning did the job. Leaving for DE in 2 hours, would have been painful to call the head instructor and tell him I can`t make it because I couldn`t open my bloody engine lid!
  2. I had the battery off to do some repairs (clean the MAF), and now, with the battery back on, I can`t get the engine lid to open. It does it`s usual sound, but the **** thing is jammed or something. Is there a manual release like for the front lid? any suggestions, it`s kind of an emergency since my airbox is out, the car can`t move, and I can`t open the **** lid! thanks marco
