  1. Hi all, im new to this site and have been looking about the net for a way to deactivate the passenger airbag on my 993 targa. its the earlier model and doesnt have the option for the kit that connects up under the seat. if i have to, i dont mind having both airbags deactivated as by the looks of things this is the route im going to have to take. so my question is... has anyone ever just disconnected the airbag or the triggering unit and is it safe to do so. any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks dan
