Problem Solved. It was a fuse that needed to be replaced, it was fuse no. 27 which according to my manual isn't used. Thanks Again.

Thanks Loren. I checked the only fuse that was labeled for the interior lights in my manual and it was good as when I removed it, the light over the trunk door went out. There is only 1 fuse for the interior lights? My vehicle is a 2006 V6 Cayenne. I believe the fuse I removed was labeled 12 on the drivers side fuse location.
On a 2006 Cayenne, the Front interior lights, both vanity Sun Visor lights and the 2 back seat interior lights do not work. The issue began when the drivers side Sun Visor broke. I have since replaced the Drivers Side Sun Visor but the light still do not work. As a note, the interior light over the trunk work and the red lights in the doors work. Any help Appreciated.
