I think a lot of us suffer from a heroin addition of power. I have had 170 HP superbikes and cars in my past including a 996 C2 that I traded in for my 996TT. Best move I ever made. It is a perfect car to tweak with ECU changes, suspension, etc, and you end up with a super car that does everything well. For those interested in this project, I attempted to do it myself and would not recommend trying it. In addition, the red gauges are too dark and I did not like them once I got them in the car. Without going into all the details, the whole project turned into a mess. I now have a new GT2 silver gauge cluster and love it. My old cluster will be put back to stock one I get it working again (it’s too painful to explain what happened)
I would like to know the answer to this question as well. I can get a full set of mint condition GT3 shocks from a friend ( give away type price so it makes it tempting) but I need to know what issues I will run into installing them on a 996TT.
